They say i got to live to see Obama win
I say until Obama got into office this country hasnt even began
My grandparents i know are cheering him on from heaven
As they watch from above to the majestic voice of Ms.Franklin and praiser god
As i type i feel the tears roll down with joy
Who would have thought politics could turn a grown man back to a little boy
This win is not just for black people but for the world as a whole
From this day fourth its time to take control
Take back our pride and take back our integrity
Obama is more then just the president, he is the voice that lives inside you and me
